Our Workshop is at MIDC Industrial Area ButiBori – Nagpur. It is spread across 20,000 sq. feet with Shaded area of 10000 sq feet (planned future expansion up to 3 acer with shaded area up to 50000 square feet) This workshop is equipped with all advance manufacturing facility.

We have Booster bending machine which enhance our bending quality and faster delivery to the customer. Our machine is Having capacity to bend min of 25.4 mm OD x 3mm thk to max capacity up to 114mm x12 mm thk. It can produce critical short Radius Bends ≥ 0.7 x OD by cold bending.

We have engineering team with around 15 plus years of experience and in-depth knowledge in the field of Boiler pressure parts, Cement Equipment, Material Handling and Sugar industry. This Team is capable to design, manufacturing & documenting as per job requirement.

Our core Engineering Team can design and develop a part where customer drawings & design data not available.

Our fitters & Fabricators are having hands on experience in the field of fabrication of boiler pressure part which ensure Quality as per specification & delivery schedule.

We have all types of modern metal forming, joining, machining and latest welding machines.

We have in-house material handling facility up to 10 tons with necessary safety equipment & procedures.

Design team aided with necessary software.

Our QMS (Quality Management System) ensures Quality and fabrication of component as per required production process.

We carry optimum stock of straight tubes of required dimensions and specifications in Indian, Chines and other International Standards.

We are having IBR certification issued by Directorate Of Steam Boilers from Maharashtra.

We design, manufacture and supply of Boiler pressure parts Like Economizer Coils, Super Heater Coils, Critical Loose Bends, Studded Bed coils Fin Tubes, Water Wall Panels, Tube Bundles, Final Super heater, swaged tubes, Boiler Bank tubes, Economizer and Superheater Coils, Helical coils, spiral Coils, shield and sleeves, U tubes for heat exchanges, Steam Drum. We manufacture Heat Exchanger, Tube Condenser, Storage Tanks, APH, WPH, Bunkers, Chimney, MDC (Mechanical Dust Collector), Pressure Vessels, Tanks, Process equipment’s, Boiler IBR and Non-IBR Piping systems for Steam, Oil, Gas and Water in MS, SS & GI.

We do on-site Erection of Boiler Pressure parts, High Pressure Piping and Structures Ducting. Platforms, Insulation and Refractories and Its Application at site.

We fabricate cement equipment’s like chutes, Nozzle rings, Girders, Frames, Gravel gate Housing, Bracket, throttle flap valve, tie rod assembly, Feeders, base Frames etc. as per Drawing.

We can fabricate Material Handling Equipment like Boggies, stacker reclaimer parts, Frames, buckets, greenly feeder, vibrating screens.

We do design and drawing development for Boilers, cements, material handling equipment’s as per requirements.
